We will share a sampling of tantra practices such as breathing techniques, meditation, energy movement & a flow of gentle and restorative yoga poses.

Often misunderstood in the West, tantra is a practice of balancing masculine and feminine energies within. This energy can also be shared with another. According to some tantric practitioners, when this balance occurs, oneness, enlightenment, and a connection with the Divine is experienced. When tantric techniques are practiced regularly, you will discover a deeper connection with yourself and others.

Directions for this session, participants should print the handout and have the following props set up: yoga mat, 2 blankets or pillows, and an eye pillow. If desired, 2 blocks and a strap are optional. Wear loose comfy clothing (w/o buttons or zippers).
